Remote Support
Remote support is when one of our agents work remotely on your computer to setup or trouble shoot your G20 Cloud services. Also used to provide teaching sessions when requested.
One off remote support is available only to active clients and free to our fully managed clients. If you are not on a managed cloud plan you will need to pre-purchase a remote support session starting at €45 for the first hour. Contact us to arrange an appointment with your dedicated account manager.
Busy clients with multiple computers that need same day remote support should consider a permanent remote setup, allowing our agents to connect to your computers instantly and when you need help. This solution is available from €10 per device per month.
